Shop Policies

Shipping: Shipping will be through USPS Ground Service or USPS Priority, and only to the continental U.S. Tracking information will be shared you via email after item has shipped. We cannot be responsible for any delays after item has shipped.

Standard items will be shipped within 5 business days of paid order. Custom orders will take longer and will ship within 5 business days of completion.

**Dates above are for shipping date only and are NOT a guarantee of delivery date. Once item is accepted into USPS system we have no control over its delivery time.

Refunds/Exchanges:

No Refunds Except for Damaged or Lost Items

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on our items unless they have been lost in the mail or damaged in shipping. If that’s the case please message us with photographs of the damaged packaging and item(s) and we’ll help you out right away. If item cannot be repaired or replaced a refund will be issued.

Exchanges may be made on select non-custom items if contacted and arranged within 5 business days of delivery. In these cases the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs with tracking and any loss of value if item is not returned in original condition.

Custom items, items on sale, and earrings are not eligible for exchange.
